Business Challenge
Cambrian College received Productivity and Innovation Funding from the Ministry to support innovation and enhance sustainability. As part of this funding, Cambrian College needed strategic consulting to inform future decisions about the adoption and support of educational technologies.
Solution
eHanlis Inc. worked with Cambrian College to to complete a strategic recommendation report to inform future decisions about the adoption and support of educational technologies, to support Cambrian’s vision for alternative program/course delivery. The report and recommendations were approved and were used to guide the direction of digital learning for the following 5 years.
Project Activities
The following activities were completed for this project:
- A literature review
- A student online survey summary report
- A faculty and staff online survey summary report
- A stakeholder consultations summary report
- A limited environmental scan and a review of internal documents
- A recommendations report to inform future decisions about the adoption and support of educational technologies, to support Cambrian’s vision for alternative program/course delivery
- A presentation of report to College administration (and approval of recommendations by the project steering committee and deans)
